HEC TECH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3.3 Overseas Education Guidance Services

  • University and course selection guidance
  • Admission document verification
  • Pre-departure training
  • Parent counseling sessions
  • Interview facilitation with university representatives

3.4 Partner Office Services

  • Authorized third-party service centers
  • Document collection and verification
  • Local client support and guidance

4. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

4.1 For Job Seekers

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Maximum age: 40 years (subject to country-specific requirements)
  • Valid Indian passport (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Valid driving license (for delivery jobs) or willingness to obtain
  • Educational qualifications as per job requirements
  • Medical fitness as per destination country standards

4.2 For Business Clients

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Valid Indian passport
  • Proof of investment capacity (minimum as per business type)
  • Clean criminal record
  • Business experience preferred but not mandatory

4.3 For Students

  • Minimum age: 17 years (for undergraduate courses)
  • Educational qualifications as per course requirements
  • Valid Indian passport
  • English proficiency requirements as per university

4.4 For Partners

  • Own office space
  • Computer/laptop with printer and scanner
  • Minimum distance of 100-200 km from existing partners OR location with 10,000+ population
  • Minimum capital of ₹50,000/-
  • Valid passport (or willingness to obtain)
  • Complete understanding of HEC TECH processes

5. REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT TERMS

5.1 Registration Process

  • Clients must register by providing accurate and complete information
  • False or misleading information may result in immediate termination
  • Clients must notify HEC TECH of any changes to their information

5.2 Account Security

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials
  • HEC TECH is not liable for unauthorized access due to shared credentials
  • CRM login credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons

5.3 Communication

  • By registering, clients consent to receive communications via email, phone, and WhatsApp
  • HEC TECH may record calls for quality and training purposes
  • Clients agree to respond to communications in a timely manner

6. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

6.1 Service Fees

6.4 Late Payments

  • Delayed payments may incur interest charges at 2% per month
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment
  • Legal action may be taken for recovery of dues

6.5 Taxes

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, etc.)
  • Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. DOCUMENT VERIFICATION TERMS

7.1 Verification Process

  • Clients must submit original documents for verification
  • HEC TECH will verify documents against original copies
  • Verified copies will be stamped and certified
  • PDF copies will be provided to clients

7.2 Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and genuine documents
  • Inform HEC TECH of any changes to documents
  • Pay applicable verification fees
  • Collect verified documents within specified timeframe

7.3 Limitation

  • HEC TECH verifies documents based on visual inspection and available resources
  • We are not responsible for fraudulent documents that appear genuine
  • Clients are solely responsible for document authenticity

8. TRAINING & COUNSELING TERMS

8.1 Free Training

  • Basic training is provided free of charge to registered candidates
  • Training includes interview skills, cultural orientation, and job-specific guidance
  • Training is delivered online or in-person as scheduled

8.2 Attendance

  • Candidates must attend scheduled training sessions
  • Missed sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability
  • Repeated absence may result in service suspension

8.3 Certification

  • Training completion certificates may be issued upon request
  • Certification does not guarantee job placement

9. INTERVIEW FACILITATION TERMS

9.1 Interview Arrangement

  • HEC TECH facilitates physical interviews with verified employers
  • Interview locations are arranged in candidates' cities when possible
  • Candidates are informed of interview details via email and WhatsApp

9.2 Candidate Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time for scheduled interviews
  • Dress appropriately and carry required documents
  • Inform HEC TECH immediately if unable to attend

9.3 No Guarantee

  • HEC TECH facilitates interviews but does not guarantee selection
  • Final hiring decision rests solely with the employer

10. OVERSEAS PLACEMENT TERMS

10.1 Offer Letter

  • Upon selection, employer issues offer letter
  • Candidates must review offer letter carefully
  • HEC TECH provides guidance on offer letter terms

10.2 15-Day Fast Track

  • Fast track processing available for eligible candidates
  • Includes visa processing, travel arrangements, and pre-departure briefing
  • Timeline depends on employer and destination country requirements

10.3 MOU Signing

  • MOU is signed between candidate and employer
  • All terms including salary, benefits, working hours are specified
  • MOU is signed in India to prevent fraud

10.4 Visa Processing

  • HEC TECH assists with visa documentation
  • Visa approval is subject to embassy/consulate discretion
  • HEC TECH is not responsible for visa rejections

10.5 Travel Arrangements

  • Flight tickets arranged as per package terms
  • Travel dates coordinated with employer and candidate
  • Pre-departure briefing provided

10.6 No Placement Guarantee

  • HEC TECH does not guarantee job placement
  • Placement depends on candidate qualifications, interview performance, and employer requirements

11. BUSINESS SETUP & TRADE TERMS

11.1 Consultation Services

  • HEC TECH provides guidance on business registration and trade
  • Information is based on available resources and expertise
  • Clients should seek independent legal advice for final decisions

11.2 Document Preparation

  • HEC TECH assists with document preparation
  • Clients are responsible for document accuracy
  • Final documents must be reviewed by client before submission

11.3 Regulatory Compliance

  • HEC TECH provides guidance on compliance requirements
  • Clients are responsible for meeting all legal obligations
  • HEC TECH is not liable for regulatory violations

12. EDUCATION GUIDANCE TERMS

12.1 University Information

  • HEC TECH provides information about universities and courses
  • Information is based on available resources
  • Clients should verify with universities directly

12.2 Admission Process

  • HEC TECH guides through admission process
  • Final admission decisions are made by universities
  • HEC TECH does not guarantee admission

12.3 Parent Counseling

  • Parent counseling sessions are available
  • Sessions provide information about costs, processes, and support

13. PARTNER OFFICE TERMS

13.1 Partner Status

  • Partners are authorized third-party service providers
  • Partners operate independently under HEC TECH brand
  • Partners must adhere to HEC TECH policies and procedures

13.2 Partner Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional office environment
  • Provide accurate information to clients
  • Collect and verify documents as per guidelines
  • Submit verified documents to HEC TECH
  • Maintain CRM records accurately

13.3 Partner Compensation

  • Partners receive commission as per agreement
  • Commission payments are made on specified dates
  • Partners are responsible for their own taxes

13.4 Partner Termination

  • HEC TECH may terminate partner agreements for cause
  • Causes include policy violations, fraud, or non-performance
  • Partners may terminate with written notice

13.5 Non-Compete

  • Partners agree not to engage with competing businesses
  • Partners maintain confidentiality of HEC TECH information

14. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

14.1 Document Verification Fees

  • Document verification fees are non-refundable once service is provided
  • Partial refunds may be considered if service is incomplete

14.2 Placement Fees

  • Placement fees are refundable only under specific conditions
  • Refund terms are specified in individual agreements

14.3 Visa Rejection

  • If visa is rejected, applicable refunds as per MOU terms
  • Administrative charges may be deducted
  • Medical and document fees are non-refundable

14.4 Candidate Withdrawal

  • If candidate withdraws after selection, fees are non-refundable
  • Special circumstances may be considered on case-by-case basis

14.5 Cancellation Process

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

15.1 Ownership

  • All content on HEC TECH website and materials is owned by the company
  • This includes text, graphics, logos, forms, and training materials

15.2 Restrictions

  • Clients and partners may not copy, modify, or distribute HEC TECH materials
  • Forms and documents are for authorized use only
  • Copyright infringement may result in legal action

15.3 License

  • Partners receive limited license to use HEC TECH materials for business purposes
  • License is non-transferable and revocable

16. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

16.1 Confidential Information

  • All client information is confidential
  • HEC TECH maintains strict confidentiality policies

16.2 Data Collection

  • HEC TECH collects personal information as necessary for services
  • Information is stored securely in CRM systems

16.3 Data Usage

  • Client information is used only for providing services
  • Information is not sold or shared with third parties except as necessary

16.4 Data Security

  • HEC TECH implements reasonable security measures
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining their own data security

16.5 CRM Access

  • Partners and clients with CRM access must maintain login confidentiality
  • Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is prohibited

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

17.1 No Guarantee

  • HEC TECH does not guarantee specific outcomes
  • Job placement, business success, or admission are not guaranteed

17.2 Maximum Liability

  • HEC TECH's maximum liability is limited to fees paid by the client
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

17.3 Third-Party Actions

  • HEC TECH is not responsible for actions of employers, universities, or government agencies
  • Visa decisions are at sole discretion of embassies/consulates

17.4 Force Majeure

  • HEC TECH is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond control
  • Includes natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, etc.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

Clients and partners agree to indemnify and hold HEC TECH harmless from:

  • Claims arising from false or misleading information provided
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of third-party rights
  • Unauthorized use of HEC TECH materials

19. TERMINATION

19.1 Termination by Client

  • Clients may terminate services by written notice
  • Fees paid are non-refundable except as per refund policy

19.2 Termination by HEC TECH

  • HEC TECH may terminate services for cause including:
    • Fraud or misrepresentation
    • Non-payment of fees
    • Violation of these Terms
    • Illegal activities

19.3 Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, all services cease
  • Outstanding payments become immediately due
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination

20. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

20.1 Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India

3. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES

3.1 No Guarantee of Outcome

HEC TECH provides guidance, training, and facilitation services but does not guarantee specific outcomes such as:

  • Job placement
  • Business success
  • University admission
  • Visa approval

3.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under specific circumstances outlined in this Policy. Each refund request is evaluated on its merits and in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of service registration.

Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are credited to the original payment source or bank account as specified by the client.

If visa is rejected but client wishes to reapply:

  • Original placement commission may be adjusted

All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) .

14. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

14.1 How to Cancel Services

Clients may cancel services by:

  1. Sending a written cancellation request to empowermentconsultationstech@gmail.com
  2. Including full name, registration number, and reason for cancellation
  3. Returning any materials provided by HEC TECH (if applicable)

14.2 Cancellation Effective Date

Cancellation is effective on the date HEC TECH receives written notice.

14.3 Obligations Upon Cancellation

Upon cancellation, clients must:

  • Pay for all services rendered up to the cancellation date
  • Return any confidential materials
  • Cease using HEC TECH branding or materials

15. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

16.1 Internal Resolution

If a client disagrees with a refund decision, they may:

  1. Request review by email to empowermentconsultationstech@gmail.com
  2. Provide additional supporting documentation
  3. Request escalation to management

16.2 Mediation

If internal resolution fails, parties may attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

16.3 Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

17. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

17.1 Force Majeure

HEC TECH shall not be liable for refunds in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions or policy changes
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • War or civil unrest
  • Embassy closures
  • Airline cancellations

17.2 Fraud or Misrepresentation

If a client is found to have:

  • Submitted fraudulent documents
  • Provided false information
  • Concealed material facts
  • Attempted to defraud HEC TECH

All fees shall be forfeited and legal action may be pursued.

17.3 Exceptional Circumstances

HEC TECH management reserves the right to consider refunds in exceptional circumstances not covered by this Policy. Such decisions are at the sole discretion of management and are final.

By using HEC TECH services, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this Return and Refund Policy. I understand that refunds are processed only under the specific circumstances outlined herein and that HEC TECH's decisions regarding refunds are final and binding.
